Female Relationship Manager

The Relationship Manager is responsible for understanding customer requirements, retaining customers, converting prospects into Sales, and assisting them in finding suitable partners.


Responsibilities for Relationship Manager

  • Ability to build & maintain relationships with clients.
  • Understanding the customer requirement precisely.
  • Helping customers find suitable profiles keeping in mind their requirements.
  • Delivering quality service to paid members and working closely to maintain a good rapport with them
  • Searching, screening, shortlisting, establishing contact, initiating meetings between members.
  • Managing a set portfolio of customers with robust follow up.
  • Converting prospects into Sales (Renewals/Referrals etc.)
  • Excellent English/Urdu verbal & written communication.
  • Fluency in the regional language, proactiveness is a plus.
  • Punctuality & Presentation skills.
  • Facilitate the client and their personal issues on WhatsApp, Skype & Zoom.
  • Qualifications for Relationship Manager
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships
  • A background in customer service or sales is a plus. Experience in Personalized service would be an added advantage.
  • Must understand customer relationship management (CRM).
  • Must be Computer Savvy
  • Attentive to detail and organized
  • Must be self-motivated, flexible, and able to manage several tasks at one time
  • Fresh Graduate in any specialization with a minimum of 6 months of experience in interfacing with the Customer.
