Female Relationship Manager
The Relationship Manager is responsible for understanding customer requirements, retaining customers, converting prospects into Sales, and assisting them in finding suitable partners.
Responsibilities for Relationship Manager
- Ability to build & maintain relationships with clients.
- Understanding the customer requirement precisely.
- Helping customers find suitable profiles keeping in mind their requirements.
- Delivering quality service to paid members and working closely to maintain a good rapport with them
- Searching, screening, shortlisting, establishing contact, initiating meetings between members.
- Managing a set portfolio of customers with robust follow up.
- Converting prospects into Sales (Renewals/Referrals etc.)
- Excellent English/Urdu verbal & written communication.
- Fluency in the regional language, proactiveness is a plus.
- Punctuality & Presentation skills.
- Facilitate the client and their personal issues on WhatsApp, Skype & Zoom.
- Qualifications for Relationship Manager
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships
- A background in customer service or sales is a plus. Experience in Personalized service would be an added advantage.
- Must understand customer relationship management (CRM).
- Must be Computer Savvy
- Attentive to detail and organized
- Must be self-motivated, flexible, and able to manage several tasks at one time
- Fresh Graduate in any specialization with a minimum of 6 months of experience in interfacing with the Customer.
